Mr. Fraser is an attorney practicing in excess of forty-two years.  He was admitted to practice in California in 1976, and remains a member in good standing presently on inactive status there.  During the years between 1976 and 1980, Mr. Fraser worked on a variety of international commercial  litigation management projects.  During that time, he also served as a  consultant to The Simon Wiesenthal Center in Los Angeles, helping coordinate prosecutions of Nazi war criminals with the U.S. Department of Justice, the Israel Ministry of Justice, and the Israel National Police. 

In 1982 Mr. Fraser was admitted to the Israel Bar and remains an active member in good standing there.   Mr. Fraser over the course of his career, has served as a principal litigation manager for both private individuals and multi-national corporate clients.  He also consulted  on behalf of the Israeli government, managing a wide variety of major international litigation cases.  During his tenure in Israel, he argued cases before the Israeli Supreme Court on a number of occasions as well as in lower Israeli courts.  

In 2010, Mr. Fraser opened a company dealing primarily in the processing of first party insurance claims on behalf of homeowners, homeowner associations, and commercial clients.   In 2013, Mr. Fraser was admitted to the Florida Bar, and soon thereafter, opened the Litigation and Recovery Law Center, P.L.   He has developed the firm over the years since its inception, into one of the most formidable and well respected plaintiff’s 1st party litigation firms in South Florida.
