Michael A. Maingot is originally from Boca Raton, Florida, and obtained his law degree from Stetson University College of Law after receiving a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida. Mr. Maingot is a trial attorney practicing in the areas of insurance coverage litigation, bad faith litigation, and other property or insurance related issues. Prior to practicing with Litigation and Recovery Law Center, Mr. Maingot was an assistant public defender where he gained valuable experience as a litigator. Throughout his career, he has participated in numerous jury and non-jury trials–both in civil and criminal court.

Mr. Maingot is admitted to practice in all Courts across Florida including the Federal Northern, Southern, and Middle Districts of Florida.
