JEFFREY DONNER

Jeffrey Donner is a trial lawyer who has aggressively protected clients’ rights in Florida since 1999. Born and raised in central Florida, Jeff is an honors graduate of the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, where he edited the Florida Law Review. Based in Miami since 2002, Jeff fights for clients throughout Florida.

 

Currently focusing primarily on representing property owners in insurance dispute cases, Jeff has also successfully represented clients in the fields of complex commercial litigation and business contract disputes, class actions and multi-district litigation, product liability, civil rights law, criminal defense, environmental permitting and regulatory law, divorce and family law, bankruptcy, elder law, guardianship/incapacity and probate proceedings, estate planning, and local government and administrative law. A former senior assistant city attorney for the City of Miami Beach, Jeff has extensive experience in constitutional, land use, government permitting, and code enforcement law.

Jeff is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Florida, the Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of Florida, and the federal Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
